Twenty years of friendship, one shared mission
Threadmark was born out of a simple observation, the hotels, dive centres and surf schools of the Red Sea were underserved when it came to quality branded apparel. These businesses were spending too much time chasing suppliers who didn't understand their world, dealing with inconsistent quality and complicated ordering processes that distracted them from what they do best.
Michael and Mohamed have been friends for over 20 years. When Michael moved to the Red Sea 15 years ago, immersing himself in the local apparel manufacturing industry, and Mohamed built two decades of expertise in sales, marketing and product management across multiple markets, the foundation for Threadmark was quietly being laid.
Our love for the Red Sea and its cities runs deep. We understand what it means to run a watersports centre in Dahab or manage a luxury hotel in Sharm, because we live it.
